25 Jan Asimina Proedrou and Darko Sinko receive funding
This week saw two FFF projects receive funding: alumna Asimina Proedrou has been awarded €150,000 from the Greek Film Centre for Behind the Haystacks, and this year’s participant Darko Sinko got €8,000 from RE-ACT for Inventory.
Proedrou’s project has been selected as one of the three winners of the Greek Film Centre programme New Directors. For more info on the competition, check out Cineuropa’s story here.
Sinko’s project is one of the six that have been awarded at the third edition of RE-ACT, a co-development fundign scheme of the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, Friuli Venezia Giulia Audiovisual Fund and Slovenian Film Centre, in collaboration with TorinoFilmLab, which is aimed in developing new audiovisual projects and fostering international co-productions.
