GOLDEN BEAR & CAMERA D’OR Winner ILDIKO ENYEDI to TUTOR at FFF!

We are so thrilled to announce that the Hungarian master Ildiko Enyedi joins Goethe-Institut’s FIRST FILMS FIRST training program as a tutor. Enyedi is widely known by the new generations with her Golden Bear winner film On Body and Soul (2017) which was also nominated for Best Foreign Language Film by the American Film Academy.

She also had a very impressive start to her career with the second feature My Twentieth Century (1989) which received the Camera D’or at Cannes Film Festival. Enyedi lectures at European masterclasses (Switzerland, Poland) and regularly teaches at the University of Film and Theatrical Arts in Budapest. She was as well a member of the main jury at Berlin, Venice, Moscow and San Sebastian Film Festivals (among others).

Oscar nominated Ildiko Enyedi is now completing her new film The Story of My Wife which we all can’t wait to see. It’s such an honor to have her among our amazing tutors at FIRST FILMS FIRST and our talented participants are for sure very lucky to have the chance to work with her on the visual and acting styles of their films as they shoot a key scene of their film as an exercise of the 3rd Module of FFF which will start on Nov. 26th.

To take a look at a short interview with Enyedi on her creation process below.
