Nazlı Elif Durlu\’s debut feature ZUHAL will have the international premiere in Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival\’s First Feature Competition.
The first screening will take place on Nov.24th, Wednesday at 21h.
Zuhal is an upper-middle-class woman with a nice job, a nice house, and a long-term relationship in Istanbul. Her ordinary life, which is spent with daily troubles, business rushes, phone calls with her lover on the road, changes when she hears a cat meowing one night.
ZUHAL is the fifth completed film that has been developed via Goethe-Institut\’s FIRST FILMS FIRST training program and produced by Anna Maria Aslanoğlu of its film (TR). Turkey-Germany co-production film had the world premiere in Antalya Golden Orange FF where the lead actress Nihal Yalçın has received the Best Actress award.
