The second generation FFF participant Ştefan Constantinescu has received funding for the production of his project MAN AND DOG in his home country Romania.
Constatinescu\’s film, which received €178,000 (RON 825,000) is one of ten projects awarded at the funding competition of the Romanian Film Centre.
