First Films First

As Goethe-Institut’s FIRST FILMS FIRST training program, we are so proud to have four debut feature fiction projects being presented at this year’s Antalya Film Forum. And we are even happier now that two projects got awarded.

Emine Yıldırım is a current participant of FFF and her debut APOLLON by DAY ATHENA by NIGHT got selected as the best project and received 2 awards in the category of Sümer Tilmaç Antalya Film Fund which supports the projects which will be shot in Antalya. APOLLON by DAY ATHENA by NIGHT which is in development stage received 150.000 TL as well as the post-production award from FONO FILM which is one of the oldest post-production houses in Europe. The project was previously presented in Meetings on The Bridge, selected for Berlinale Script Station 2020 and supported by Turkish Ministry of Culture Script Development Grant so far.
